What The Heck Is It Game

From the E-Mail Bag:   I was listening when you read a letter from a listener who was looking for an automatic laser toy for his cat/dog -memory,schmemory. I had happened to browse through a co-workers catalog earlier in the week and had seen this (ba-da-beam cat toy from the drs. foster and smith catalog)  Perhaps this would be an answer for the listener and/or for your own dog Fareway. SS

SS is right.  Although I have played it myself, this seems like a a pretty nifty gadget at a reasonable price!

This cat toy's automatic laser chaser keeps your cat on the prowl. The laser dot, which circles, pauses, and then circles again, cannot be caught - which keeps your cat moving. The Ba-Da-Beam features a rotating laser that can be directed into one of two adjustable positions - straight ahead for wall use, or downward toward the floor.  Set the toy where you want it, flip open the mirrored lid, and lock the lid into either position to direct the laser. Durable plastic housing includes an automatic shut-off feature that turns the cycle off after 15 minutes of continual use. Requires 3 AA batteries (included). Measures 4-1/2" diameter by 3-3/4" high. Green. $15.99

Now you can welcome 'animals' into your workspace.

No, we’re not talking about not the noisy guy in the cubicle next to yours! We’re talking about Animal Clips - playful, soft little animal heads that will hold all sorts of desktop wires in place for you! They’re from the folks at Cable Organizers and they're all-purpose clips to hold lots of stuff. Best of all, they are very inexpensive!!

Add personality and charm to any dull workspace. (They won't help with your actual work, though!) Use them to organize your cables, neaten up your desk, and help protect your equipment. They help because they'll be less wires to get tangled in things! They use hook and loop attachment for versatility. And there are 30 designs to choose from. Kids love them! I love them. You’ll love them! A great way to get kids to organize their gadgets. Can be used for USB flash drives, cables, ear bud headphones, etc. Cost?  55 cents each!!!! (Plus shipping). The best deal is to get all 30 for $14.50 (Plus shipping.)  These will be an upcoming DGW gizmo.
